Once you receive your merchandise, please check the contents immediately. We will only consider return requests for damaged and miss-shipped items.

If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund of your online purchase within 7 days of you receiving your package for the value of the merchandise with a $10 flat rate return fee reduction from your refund to ship back to Believe and Good. Items must be in NEW condition with tags and cannot be worn, washed or altered. All sale items are FINAL SALE. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. 

Believe & Good reserves the right to refuse a return based on the condition of the item being returned. Upon receiving your package with approval, you'll receive a confirmation email with your refund. If you want to return your items after the 7 day period, you can receive store credit (that doesn't expire!) for the value of the merchandise with a $10 flat rate return fee reduction from your store credit to ship back to Believe & Good. This policy is only valid 7-14 days after you received your package.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Believe & Good is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. Thank you for your business.
